Climate-resilient, pollinator- and wildlife-friendly gardens designed to thrive — beautifully, responsibly, and without compromising the ecosystem.

I design, consult on, and care for gardens that are meant to last. Gardens that respect the intelligence of nature, support biodiversity, and still look beautiful year after year. My style blends the structure and pattern of formal English gardens with a more naturalistic, contemporary approach that’s deeply informed by climate, soil, science and place.

With a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Horticulture, and over 30 years of professional experience in the field, I help homeowners and organizations create outdoor living spaces that are resilient, environmentally responsible, and teeming with life. With a friendly and honest approach, I help gardeners make informed decisions and foster gardens that work for the greater good benefit of people and the planet.

If that sounds like your kind of garden, let’s talk.

Horticulture for a Healthy Planet

How can I help you?

I offer garden consulting, garden design, specialty pruning and pruning lessons, as well as speaking and workshops. Whether I’m working one-on-one in a garden or speaking to a room full of plant lovers, my goal is the same: to help people better understand their landscapes and make informed, thoughtful choices.

I’m especially passionate about teaching—helping clients and communities see what’s possible when we work with nature instead of against her. Together, we can create gardens that are healthy and sustainable, genuinely appealing to both people and pollinators, and that are a benefit to the earth.
